Every hand woven rug I make is viewed as an individual creative piece that’s been brought to life by both the client and the maker. They have massive potential to influence interiors and are tailor made in design, colour scheme and size to fit the customers’ needs. 

 

My designs often combine bold geometric designs alongside subtle tonal colour graduation. This gives a feeling of movement and travel in each piece. 

 

Each rug is woven using dyed rug yarns that pass in between a strong Irish linen warp held under high tension. The weft is packed in tightly by pulling on a weighted beater this ensures a strong durable rug as a result.
